Wakesurfing Sessions with SURF’s UP Surf School at Gull Lake

Experience the thrill of wake surfing with expert instruction from SURF's UP. Learn wakesurfing in a supportive environment that matches your skill level, from first-time riders to advanced surfers looking to perfect their technique.

Public Lessons - 2026
Customize your learning experience with two session options (pricing subject to change):

  1. Beginner to Intermediate Sessions  $70 per surfer
Perfect for smaller body types, these sessions feature stocked ballast with no wedge for a longer, less steep wake.
  2. Intermediate to Advanced Sessions  $75 per surfer
Ideal for experienced surfers, these lessons use a pro ballast setup with the wedge deployed for a shorter, steeper wake.

$10/surfer fuel surcharge because fuel charges have been fluctuating. Rather than raise prices, a fuel surcharge is in effect.

Schedule Details - June through August 2026

New surfers must sign up and pay prior to attending their first lesson.

Sessions begin at our Bayside location, 12485 E D Ave, Richland, MI 49083

We need at least 3 surfers for each session. A full-boat experience can accommodate up to 6 surfers. Private lessons available.
